斷橋鋁型材開齒機的工作原理

  傳統(tǒng)的斷橋隔熱鋁型材一般由A面和B面組成,如附圖1所示,為現(xiàn)有的分離式斷橋隔熱鋁型材,斷橋隔熱型材通過在兩根鋁合金型材間嵌入隔熱膠條實現(xiàn)隔熱功能,在加工生產(chǎn)過程中,需要對鋁型材上的安裝槽進行開齒,再穿入膠條。現(xiàn)有開齒穿條機即是針對鋁型材開齒和安裝膠條設計的設備,通過開齒穿條機能夠在凹槽內(nèi)開齒,并將膠條穿在凹槽內(nèi),增大摩擦力,有效防止相對滑動,提高隔熱保溫效果。

  The traditional bridge insulation aluminum profile is generally composed of A and B sides, as shown in Figure 1. It is an existing separated bridge insulation aluminum profile. The bridge insulation profile achieves insulation function by embedding insulation rubber strips between two aluminum alloy profiles. During the processing and production process, the installation groove on the aluminum profile needs to be toothed and then penetrated with the rubber strip. The existing gear cutting and threading machine is designed for aluminum profile gear cutting and installation of rubber strips. Through the gear cutting and threading machine, teeth can be cut in the groove and the rubber strip can be threaded into the groove, increasing friction, effectively preventing relative sliding, and improving insulation and thermal insulation effect.

  現(xiàn)有的開齒穿條裝置已有部分具有A面B面同時開齒穿條的功能,但是其由于通過切削開齒,在切削過程中由于切削設備與型材硬性接觸而導致產(chǎn)生振動,而由于型材是不斷往前移動而不是固定的,僅能對其進行限位,故產(chǎn)生的振動會嚴重影響加工精度,影響后續(xù)穿條工序。
